Senat Elshani

Mr. Senat Elshani has a large expertise on public procurement and tax law.

Prior to joining Vokshi & Lata Law Firm, Mr. Elshani has been working as head of legal department for one of the petroleum companies in Kosovo. As head of legal department in Petroleum company Mr. Elshani has been dealing with all public procurement procedures of the company, starting from drafting the initial application to representation before procurement review body and preparing the appeals and other relevant legal documents.

Mr. Elshani has a Master Degree on Civil Law (before University of Pristina).

Mr. Senat Elshani is a licensed attorney.
