CONSUMER PROTECTION IN KOSOVO

Consumer protection’s main regulation in Kosovo is the Law No 06/L-034 on Consumer Protection (Law on Consumer Protection). It is in line with EU Directives regarding commercial law. It aims to regulate the market conditions in business-to consumer relations, the consumers’ rights in relation to contracts and the protection of their interests.
